First Baptist Church in Fredericksburg, Texas, under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, is seeking an experienced, full-time Worship Pastor. The Worship Pastor is responsible for the organization, development, implementation, and leadership of all facets of our Worship and Music Ministry as we carry out God’s vision for our Great Commission church.
