Welcome

Thanks for visiting our website to learn more about First Baptist. We hope you will worship with us and get to know us in person.
From our conveniently located parking spots for first-time guests, to hot cups of freshly brewed coffee and warm greetings in our Fellowship Hall, you will feel right at home. We have something for everyone in your family. And we’re sure you’ll be blessed by our Worship Service and Bible Study. We believe in creating a space where people can have authentic encounters with Christ, discover their gifts and use them for God's glory.

When we Meet

Sunday Mornings

Small Group Bible Study at 9:15 am
Worship Service at 10:30 am

Wednesday Evenings

Bible Study and Prayer at 6:00 pm

What To Expect

Our worship services are held in the Worship Center. They generally last 75 minutes.  Services include a mixture of prayer, scripture reading, singing, and a sermon.
Small-group Bible studies are held in classrooms throughout our campus. They generally last an hour, including class announcements, praise and prayer requests, and in-depth study of the Scripture.
There is childcare available and activities for all age groups. Plan to hang around after the service for fellowship and meeting new people.

Finding us
First Baptist Church is located at: 1407 E Main St, Fredericksburg, TX 78624
There are two main entrances to our campus. One is from Main Street at the east end of Fredericksburg.  The other entrance is from Friendship Lane, near the rear entrances to WalMart.  Both have First Baptist signs to mark them.

Parking and Accessibility
Open parking is available on all sides of our church buildings. We reserve a number of parking spots near the Welcome Center for our first-time visitors (see the map below).  If you find these are filled, please park in any other open spot.

Handicap parking is clearly marked and available near all main entrances to our campus buildings.

All of our facilities are handicap accessible. Please feel free to come with your wheelchair or walker.  We offer car-to-building transportation on an electric golf cart upon request.  If you may need other special assistance, please contact the church office in advance [call us at (830) 997-9511] so we will be ready to help you.
