Children's Church
On the first Sunday of the month, during Worship Service, children from kindergarten through-5th grade are invited to leave for their own personal worship experience. Children learn a Biblical lesson, create an associated craft, play games, enjoy snacks and fellowship.
Kids need vacations, too! They enjoy going to a summer retreat where they play with other kids their age, learn about Jesus, and find friendship through teamwork. Camp Sizzle 2025 hosted more than 70 campers. Camp Sizzle 2026 will be held from June 21-25, 2026.

Each summer First Baptist hosts Vacation Bible School, where kids gather to enjoy recreation, games, snacks, and – most important – to learn about Jesus. VBS 2025 hosted around 400 kids.

Raising your children is demanding work, and the most important job you’ll ever have. First Baptist sponsors the ARK program to give caregivers (moms, dads, grandmas, grandpas-...) of children and youth a short break from parenting. It provides fun, well-supervised learning and play in a Christian environment for their pre-school children. ARK 2025-2026 concludes on May 21st, 2026,
