Flag Football -
Registration for the First Baptist 2026 Upward Flag Football League opens May 1st and will remain open until July 31st. Early registration fee for the league is $80. The cost increases to $90 for registrations submitted after July 10th.
This program is open to kindergarten - 6th grades for the Fall 2026 academic year. Each player must attend a football evaluation on either Sunday, August 2rd or Monday, August 3rd, 4-6pm, on our church athletic field. Practices begin the week of August 23rd, the first game will be on Saturday, September 5th, and the last game is on Saturday, October 17th. The season runs for 8 weeks. Practices will be in the afternoons after school. Games will be on Saturday Mornings.
Our mission, through our UPWARD league, is to provide a Christ centered opportunity for each child to grow in their faith and play to their unique potential.

This program is open to 1st - 7th grades for the Fall 2026 academic year. Each player must attend a volleyball evaluation on either Tuesday, August 4th or Wednesday, August 5th, 4-6pm, in the First Baptist Gym.
Practices begin the week of August 23rd. The first game will be on Saturday, September 5th , and the last game is on Saturday, October 17th. The season runs for 8 weeks. Practices are currently planned for Tuesdays and Thursdays after school. The games will be early in the afternoon on Saturdays.

Upward Story and Purpose
Established in 1995, Upward Sports is the world’s largest Christian youth sports provider. Upward Sports offers a uniquely designed total sports experience that adapts and expands as players grow in their personal athletic journeys. The program develops total athletes mentally, athletically, spiritually, and socially – producing players who excel both on and off the field.
Today, approximately half a million players at more than 2,000 churches in 47 states participate in camps, clinics, and leagues through Upward Sports’ Recreation Division.

Pickleball
Pickleball is a paddleball sport that combines elements of badminton, table tennis, and tennis. On top of being the fastest growing sport in the country, pickleball is the perfect activity for people of all ages and abilities.
